February Fitness for Faculty and Staff

The wellness committee is again sponsoring February Fitness! Please join us for one or more of these events:

  • Track your fitness activities here and you will be entered in our raffle drawing at the end of the month. If you exercise 12 times by February 27, you will receive a second entry to the raffle.  

  • Join us at our February Fitness meetings in the sports center on Wednesday, February 10, from 8 to 9 am or Monday, February 29, from noon to 1 pm. You can chat with fellow faculty and staff, take a tour of the sports center, enjoy healthy snacks provided by Bon Apetit, and enter to win prizes in that day's raffle. You must attend in order to enter these two raffles.

  • Try our lunchtime fitness classes for free during the week of Feb 15:

                Monday, February 15:  Pilates with Vicki Razlaff in the mat room
                Tuesday, February 16:  Yoga with Devi Morris in the mat room
                Wednesday, February 17:  Pilates with Vicki Ratzlaff in the mat room
                Thursday, February 18:  Yoga with Jennifer Sparano in the dance studio
                Friday, February 19:  Zumba with Vicki Ratzlaff in the dance studio
