Fitness classes this summer

Tone up your fitness activity this summer with a class in Yoga or Pilates (sorry, no Zumba). Undaunted by the Sports Center renovations, the Wellness Committee invites you once again to lunchtime fitness classes; online registration is now available. All staff, faculty, and their partners are welcome.

When?
May 23 to August 18, 2016 (no classes the week of June 20 and day of July 4).

Where?
For the summer term, all classes will be held in the Performance Lab, PAB 128. Please note: shoes are not allowed on the Performance Lab marley floor. You should use the vestibule (single door) entrance to the room, which has a place where you can walk in and remove shoes before class.

Mondays @ noon in PAB 128 - Pilates with Vicki Raztlaff
Tuesdays @ noon in PAB 128 - Yoga with Devi Morris
Wednesday @ noon in PAB 128 - Pilates with Vicki Razlaff
Thursdays @ noon in PAB 128 - Yoga with Jennifer Sparano

How much?
6 Classes $36 ($6 per class)
12 Classes $66 (5.50 per class)
24 Classes $120 ($5 per class)
Unlimited Classes $188 (up to 47 classes for as low as $4 per class)

How?
Complete this online form.
Send your check to Kat Gierek at the cashier's window in the business office with the memo line "Wellness Committee: Summer Fitness." Please submit payment by May 27. Receive your punch card via campus mail (if you request one) and mix and match classes through out the summer.
