Annual Potable Water Testing
Each year, EHS conducts water sampling from different locations around campus. We strive to ensure our water is free from unwanted metals such as iron, copper, and lead. We sample several sinks from each residence hall and randomly throughout other buildings on campus.
We will place a sign on a sink Friday afternoon May 27 which says:
“Water Testing Do Not Use.” Early Tuesday morning, May 31, we collect a liter of water from the tap and send it off to a laboratory in Portland.
