Reed Chorus begins rehearsals
The Reed Chorus invites all members of the community—students, faculty, staff—who love to sing to join us for Virginia Hancock's final year before she retires. This year we will sing some of her favorites, beginning with J.S. Bach's motet Jesu, meine Freude for a concert in December.
There is no audition; the only requirement is that you be able to carry a tune. Beginners as well as experienced singers are welcome. Just show up for the first rehearsal, on Tuesday, September 1, (second day of classes), 4:40-6 p.m., in PAB 320, the music rehearsal room. Scores will be checked out at that time.
